* The Jerusalem Rotary Club - Aviva was a member in good standing with this organization, and was actively involved from 2004 through 2006.  Aviva accepted the appointment of Raffle Chairwoman and ran the weekly raffle.  During Aviva's tenure the raffle proceeds at least doubled, and the Treasurer's Report for 2004 - 2005 states that under Aviva's direction the raffle was four months ahead of budget.

* Women In Transition - After counseling dozens and dozens of women in crisis, free gratis, Aviva decided that one of the primary needs of a battered woman in recovery was a network of financial support for those women with a strong entrepreneurial aptitude.  To facilitate her goals she founded Women In Transition.  This budding organization,. though in a stage of infancy has received praise from all of those who visit the web site promoting its mission.

* The Jerusalem Great Synagogue - In 2005 Aviva was asked to serve The Jerusalem Great Synagogue as the Chairwoman of The International Delegations Welcoming Committee.  She accepted that position with enthusiastic excitement and worked with Mr. Asher Schapiro, Chairman of The Board at the synagogue, to develop and implement the growth of the number of international delegations which visit the synagogue each Shabbat.
